choose to purchase an item from our site, we will also require your credit

eCakes is a certified online merchant and all
credit card purchases are processed through "InternetSecureTM". "InternetSecureTM"
is an internet merchant account provider and certified payment gateway. For
more information, please visit their site at://www.internetsecure.com. All
of your credit card information is managed through our secure internet
merchant account provider and is not available to eCakes.
In order to
provide better service to our customers, we may wish to send you product
updates, promotions or other marketing material - and these would be sent
only with your express consent.
eCakes will only disclose your

edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on eCakes or the site;
