Order Confirmation

Within 24 hours of placing an order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation of your purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing delivery and order information. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately and refer to the order number on your confirmation receipt. Please remember to print your confirmation for future reference.

Orders for Saturday and Sunday deliveries must be received before our 12:00 noon Thursday cut off time.

Larger "Celebration" cakes require a minimum of three business days notice. Delivery of our larger celebration cakes for Saturday must be placed before noon on Wednesday. Please direct your enquiries to: info@ecakes.ca

Due to the nature of our business, exchanges are not possible after the orders have been processed. However, cancellations can be made prior to the 2:00 p.m cut-off time on date of ordering by e-mailing us at: info@ecakes.ca. Please indicate: order number from confirmation, date, time, and location of delivery. In case of a surprise gift, kindly make the necessary arrangements for a contact to be available. All orders will be confirmed by a phone call prior to delivery.

If your area is not listed, you may be outside our direct delivery area. Please send an e-mail to: info@ecakes.ca for arrangements to ship to your area. ** Presently, we can only ship our products within Toronto and surrounding areas. **
During inclement weather conditions, times of delivery may be affected and you will be notified ahead of time. We will however, do our utmost to have our products delivered within the time slot indicated on your order forms ** (AM SLOT)-10:00am-11:59am. PM SLOT)-12:00 pm- 9:00pm. **
